Booking a Function
You must be a member of the Club in order to book a Private Function.
A guest list must be provided so guests can be checked in on arrival.
Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a their parent and are only allowed to be present in that room/space at the Club.
The Club does not entertain 21st or under birthday parties.
The venue hire fee refers to the hire of a room/space at the Club and includes staffing.

Confirmation & Deposit
To confirm a function date, the Club requires confirmation in writing along with the room hire deposit

Food & Beverage Policy
It is against Club rules & By-Laws for guests to bring in any food or beverages on to Club premises.
Function food and beverage not consumed remains the property of the Club.
Any alcohol gifts cannot be consumed on the Club premises.

Minimum Guest Numbers
Minimum guest numbers and function details – including food & beverage menus are required at least three weeks  prior to the function date.
Final guest numbers need to be notified in writing 5 working days prior to the function date.

All prices quoted are GST inclusive.
Children (10 years & under) receive half price on food items. Children 5 years & under are free.
All menus are subject to availability due to product being seasonal.

The client agrees to commence and vacate the function room/space at the scheduled times, as agreed upon. Should a function exceed the closing time, the Club may impose a charge of $200 for each hour thereafter. The standard closing time for evening functions is midnight.

Security & Damage
Management reserves the right to stop service to or remove guests/persons from the Club premises if it is deemed that they are intoxicated or causing a disturbance.
Any damage to the Club or surrounding areas that require repair or special cleaning resulting directly from from a private function will be an additional charge to the client.
The Club will not take any responsibility for damage or loss of items before, during and after the function.

Cancellation of any function is required in writing to the Club.
A full refund applies if notification is given less than 90 days + prior to 30 days from the function date.
No refund applies if notification is ’30 days or less ‘ from the function
